We believe that you can live your life without constant anxiety and worry.
Anxiety plays an important role in our lives - it lets us know when we need to plan ahead, be prepared, or that something is not quite right for us. Learning how to harness anxiety and actually listening to whats being communicated rather than dwelling on fear can make us more confident. When you work with a therapist, your anxiety will be given a voice and platform to speak and be heard. Then, in the presence of a compassionate witness you can gain tools and strategies for how to move towards a self-led life where anxiety plays its role and then takes a break. We don't want to banish your anxiety - this is a necessary part of you. But we do want to give it a break and teach this part of you how to trust YOU as the leader.
