My Approach
I am committed to helping individuals navigate the different challenges they are facing and improve their quality of life. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique experiences and needs of each of my clients and I work collaboratively with them to facilitate healing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma and attachment. I use a strengths-based approach and my work is rooted in Brief Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and uses a trauma informed lens.
Qualifications
I have been a Registered Social Worker since 2015 through the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I am also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I have a Child and Youth Worker Advanced Diploma from Sault College (2012), a Bachelor of Arts (2013), a Bachelor of Social Work (2014) and a Masters of Social Work (2018) all from the Waterloo University.
