Learning how to harness anxiety and actually listening to whats being communicated rather than dwelling on fear can make us more confident. When you work with a therapist, your anxiety will be given a voice and platform to speak and be heard. Then, in the presence of a compassionate witness you can gain tools and strategies for how to move towards a self-led life where anxiety plays its role and then takes a break. We don't want to banish your anxiety - this is a necessary part of you. But we do want to give it a break and teach this part of you how to trust YOU as the leader.
