This is a 2 week group that will support you in building self compassion practices into your daily life. We will have group discussion (only if you want) and there will be time to meditate and reflect on what comes up for you. This is a great option for people who would like something to add to their self care toolbox.

- Monday July 24 and Monday July 31 from 7:30-8:30pm. (3 spots left)
- $72.00 for both weeks
