Krish is a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) with extensive experience, having completed over 1,000 trainings across diverse mind-body modalities.
Since 2017, Krish has been facilitating mind-body practices, steadily refining and streamlining her skills with a dedicated focus on Trauma-sensitive body-based interventions. TCTSY is an evidence-based adjunctive treatment for complex trauma and PTSD. It integrates principles from trauma theory, attachment theory, and neuroscience, creating a supportive, predictable, and non-coercive environment for trauma survivors.
