Our Yoga Immersion Retreat is facilitated by Krish Lopez
Krish is a trauma-informed movement and embodiment facilitator with over 1,000 hours of training, currently completing a program with TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga). Facilitating since 2017, she specializes in a trauma-informed approach that fosters empowerment, autonomy, interoception, and healing, creating spaces that honor individual authentic experiences and explore the impact of personal and collective trauma across generations.
