Shiny Yang is an occupational therapist dedicated towards promoting mental wellbeing and daily functioning through a client-centered and strength-based approach. Shiny's practice is influenced by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy psychotherapeutic modalities.
Shiny has areas of focus in supporting clients with chronic illnesses, disabilities and neurodivergent clients. She currently supports clients ages 16 and up.
