My Approach
My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I take an eclectic approach, drawing on relational, somatic, and trauma-informed methods to support clients in building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore your inner world at a pace that feels right, in a relaxed and welcoming space that makes room for reflection, growth, and healing.
I sometimes bring in creative expression when words aren’t enough, helping clients connect with and understand their feelings in new ways. I also offer practical tools to support emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and a deeper connection with yourself.
You can expect sessions to be collaborative and non-judgmental, guided by what matters most to you.
There’s space for the hard stuff, but also for laughter, insight, and genuine connection.
