My Approach
My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I take a relational and somatic approach to therapy, which means I pay attention not only to your thoughts and feelings but also to what your body might be holding onto. Together, we’ll explore your inner world at a pace that feels right for you and create space for introspection and healing.
I am informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapy, integrating practical tools when helpful to support regulation, boundary-setting, and a deeper connection with yourself. My goal is to support you in understanding yourself more holistically and to walk alongside you as you move toward the life and relationships you’re hoping for.
You can expect our sessions to be collaborative and non-judgmental, always guided by what matters most to you. There’s space for the tough stuff, but also for laughter, growth, and genuine connection.
