My Approach
Throughout my time in the field, I have worked primarily with couples and individuals ranging from adolescents to adults. Within such, areas of support include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the development of relationship satisfaction. At Olivia Therapy & Retreats I am working with couples and individuals
seeking support.
Within sessions, I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, where the focus is on creating the safety necessary to explore the human interaction with psychological suffering. From there the focus is on practical changes that can be implemented to bring about more joy within the gift of life.
seeking support.
