Spend an afternoon of quality time with your partner. This retreat is designed to help you build a deeper emotional connection in a relaxed and safe environment. During this retreat, couples will be taught the importance of validation and will be provided with the opportunity to practice validating each other in a private setting.
All couples are welcome
What to expect:
-Grounding exercises
-Discussion on validation with Laura McDougall
-Walk along Harris Park with your partner
-Refreshments from Edgar and Joes
-Create a relationship vision board

Laura McDougall BSW/RSW
Laura is an individual and couples therapist at our clinic and has been been supporting individuals and families in the London community for over 10 years. She has a special interest and experience in processing and understanding trauma, navigating parenthood and supporting couples.
Her main areas of focus are: attachment trauma, sexual trauma, relationship support, depression, anxiety, guilt and shame
