How often should I schedule therapy sessions?
We recommend scheduling your first few sessions closer together (weekly or biweekly) and then after that it is truly up to you! Some clients like to have a monthly appointment so it becomes part of their routine, while some prefer to only book as needed. Your therapist will make a recommendation to you based on what your goals are. We want it to be supportive and not an added stressor.
