My Approach
I offer a safe space where you can talk openly and feel heard and supported. My approach is simple and real—no therapy jargon, just genuine conversation focused on what you’re going through. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind your anxiety, heal past experiences, understand attachment patterns, and work through life challenges.
I use an integrative, and collaborative approach, meaning I tailor therapy to what you need. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT), allowing me to tailor our work together in a way that best supports your needs. My goal is to help you find clarity, feel more grounded, and develop skills that equip you to handle life’s ups and downs — past, present, and future.
